We recently purchased a home in Boulder Co and without Terry as our agent, I seriously doubt it would have happened. We lived in Chicago and relied on her extensively to help us navigate the Boulder market during turbulent COVID times. Terry knows the Boulder area market like the back of her hand and helped us figure out which neighborhood best suited our needs. While we have visited Boulder numerous times, it's a totally different thing when searching for the perfect property. Terry has an easy going personality which really suited us as well. She will always speak her mind, but she never pushed us or steered us in a way that was uncomfortable. After we closed on the property she continued to help us by referring us to people who could help us do work in our new place. I just can't say enough nice things about our real estate experience with Terry--she's a top notch professional with only her client's interests at heart.
