Terry guided me through the thicket of preparing my house for sale, which included “staging” it by taking away much of the furniture, clearing off surfaces, and even removing window coverings. My house immediately looked brighter, roomier, and definitely more appealing. We then put it on the market with a price, based on her experience and expert advice, that was spot on. We had a contract soon, and THEN she really got to work. Inspection revealed that my 1939 house needed a fair amount of safety work. Terry recommended fantastic contractors who got the jobs done in a jiffy! She’s a true professional, and she got results.
Terry also helped me negotiate buying the condo of my dreams. That’s another good story! I’d recommend Terry Larson to anybody embarking on the adventure of house buying and/or selling. This woman is smart, canny, and experienced in her professional dealings; she is calm, reassuring, personable, and fun with her clients. And I’ll add that Terry is a supremely competent business woman and a superb communicator!
